Pulse Intelligence Issues
Pulse Intelligence is not showing any findings
Possible causes:- No data uploaded yet — Pulse Intelligence requires workforce data to analyze. Upload data first via the Upload Data page.
- All metrics are below threshold — If your organization’s metrics are all within normal ranges, Pulse Intelligence will show a “Low Risk” status with no warnings. This is the correct behavior — it means your workforce is performing well against the configured thresholds.
- Thresholds are set too high — If thresholds are set significantly above your organization’s actual metric levels, nothing will trigger. Review your thresholds in Alert Rules.
- Data covers only one period — Some Pulse Intelligence findings (trend analysis, duration flags) require multiple periods of data. Upload at least 3 months of data for full finding coverage.
Pulse Intelligence findings don’t match what I expect
The numbers look different from our internal reports: This is almost always a calculation methodology difference. Check How Metrics Are Calculated to verify Senzo’s formulas match your internal definitions. Common differences:- OT Rate denominator (worked hours vs scheduled hours)
- Vacancy Rate (FTE-based vs headcount-based)
- Absence Rate (unplanned only vs all absence)
worked_hours or scheduled_hours are missing, Senzo can’t calculate the relevant rates.
