Data Explorer

The Data Explorer provides direct access to the raw workforce metrics stored in Senzo. It is the source-of-truth view — what you see here is exactly what the platform uses to calculate all metrics and generate all intelligence.

Summary cards

At the top of the page, three summary cards show:
  • Units — total configured units in your organization
  • Provider Types — total configured provider types
  • Workload Records — number of workload data records (if workload data has been uploaded)

Tabs

Workforce Metrics

The primary tab. Shows all uploaded workforce metrics data in a filterable table. Summary stats above the table:
  • Total Records — row count after filters applied
  • Total Headcount — sum of headcount across all filtered rows
  • Total Worked Hours — sum of worked hours
  • OT Rate — weighted average across all filtered rows
Filters:
  • Date range (From / To month and year)
  • Facility
  • Unit
  • Provider Type
Columns: Date | Unit | Type (Provider Type) | HC (Headcount) | POS (Positions) | FTE | Vac (Vacancy Count) | Vac% | In (Inflow) | Out (Outflow) | Wkd (Worked Hours) | OT (Overtime Hours) | OT% | Abs (Absence Hours) | Abs% | Sch (Scheduled Hours) Values highlighted in teal indicate metrics at warning threshold. Values highlighted in red indicate critical threshold breaches. Edit mode: Admins can click Edit to make corrections to individual data rows. Use this to fix data entry errors without re-uploading a full file.

Units

A table of all configured units showing: unit name, facility, sector, and any linked data counts.

Provider Types

A table of all configured provider types.

Workload

Workload data (patient census, procedure volumes) if uploaded separately.

Refreshing data

Click Refresh to reload the table with the latest data. Use this after uploading new data if the table doesn’t update automatically.

Exporting

The Data Explorer does not have a dedicated export button — use the Report Builder for formatted exports or the Metrics Explorer Export for CSV downloads of metric time series.
