Role-Based Access Control

Senzo uses role-based access control (RBAC) to ensure users can access the features and data appropriate for their responsibilities.

User roles

Admin

Full platform access. Admins can:
  • View all dashboards, reports, and intelligence features
  • Upload and manage workforce data
  • Configure settings (facilities, units, provider types, thresholds)
  • Invite and manage users
  • Access the admin activity log
Recommended for: VP Workforce, Director of HR, system administrators

Analyst

Read-only access to all analytical features. Analysts can:
  • View all dashboards, reports, and intelligence features
  • Export data and reports
  • Run Pulse Intelligence
Analysts cannot upload data, change settings, or manage users. Recommended for: Workforce analysts, finance directors, CNOs who need full visibility

Viewer

Read-only access to high-level summaries. Viewers can:
  • View the Overview dashboard
  • View Pulse Intelligence reports
Viewers cannot access Metrics Explorer, Cost Analytics, Data Explorer, or any settings. Recommended for: Senior executives who need a summary view without platform depth

Managing users

Admins can manage users from Settings → Users:
  • Invite — enter email and select role to send an invitation
  • Change role — click the role dropdown next to any user to change their access level
  • Remove — click the remove icon to revoke access immediately

Organization isolation

Users are scoped to a single organization. A user cannot access data from another organization unless they are separately invited to that organization’s account. There is no cross-organization visibility for any user role — including Admin.

Super Admin

Super Admin is a Senzo platform-level role available only to Senzo staff. It provides visibility across all organizations for support and platform management purposes. Super Admin access is not available to customers.
