Inviting Your Team
Senzo supports role-based access control so different team members see the right level of data for their role.User roles
| Role | Access level |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full access — can upload data, manage settings, invite users, and view all sections |
| Analyst | Read-only access to all dashboards, reports, and intelligence features |
| Viewer | Read-only access to Overview and Pulse Intelligence only |
Inviting a user
- Navigate to Settings in the sidebar
- Click the Users tab
- Click Invite User
- Enter their email address and select their role
- Click Send Invitation
Users must use the same email address the invitation was sent to when creating their account. Forwarded invitations to a different email address will not work.
Managing existing users
From the Users tab in Settings, admins can:- Change a user’s role — click the role dropdown next to their name
- Resend an invitation — if a user hasn’t accepted, click Resend
- Remove a user — click the remove icon to revoke their access
What new users see
When a new user accepts their invitation and logs in for the first time, they land on the Overview dashboard. If data has already been uploaded, they’ll see a fully populated dashboard immediately.Next steps
