Inviting Your Team

Senzo supports role-based access control so different team members see the right level of data for their role.

User roles

RoleAccess level
AdminFull access — can upload data, manage settings, invite users, and view all sections
AnalystRead-only access to all dashboards, reports, and intelligence features
ViewerRead-only access to Overview and Pulse Intelligence only

Inviting a user

  1. Navigate to Settings in the sidebar
  2. Click the Users tab
  3. Click Invite User
  4. Enter their email address and select their role
  5. Click Send Invitation
The invited user will receive an email from Senzo with a link to set up their account. The invitation link is valid for 7 days.
Users must use the same email address the invitation was sent to when creating their account. Forwarded invitations to a different email address will not work.

Managing existing users

From the Users tab in Settings, admins can:
  • Change a user’s role — click the role dropdown next to their name
  • Resend an invitation — if a user hasn’t accepted, click Resend
  • Remove a user — click the remove icon to revoke their access

What new users see

When a new user accepts their invitation and logs in for the first time, they land on the Overview dashboard. If data has already been uploaded, they’ll see a fully populated dashboard immediately.
Brief your team before they log in for the first time. Walking them through the Overview and Pulse Intelligence sections in a short 15-minute session will dramatically reduce the time to first value.
