Data Not Appearing

If you’ve completed an upload but data isn’t showing in the platform, here’s how to diagnose and fix it.

Check your upload history first

Go to Upload Data and scroll to the Upload History section. Find your recent upload and check its status:
  • Processed ✅ — the upload completed successfully
  • Processing ⏳ — still running, wait a moment and refresh
  • Failed ❌ — the upload encountered an error. Click the upload row to see the error details
If the status shows Failed, see Upload Errors for resolution steps.

The upload processed but metrics aren’t showing

Check your date range

The Overview shows data for the most recent period in your database. If your uploaded data covers an older period, navigate to Metrics Explorer and check the date range — the data may be there but outside the default view window.

Check the period type filter

If the Overview is set to Annual and you uploaded monthly data for a period that isn’t a full year, the annual view may show incomplete data. Switch to Monthly to verify your data is present.

Verify unit and provider type matching

If unit names in your uploaded file didn’t match the units configured in Settings, those rows were skipped. Check Settings → Organization Setup → Units and compare the names exactly (including casing and spacing) to what’s in your data file.

Check for partial import

In Upload History, some uploads show a row count. If the imported row count is lower than expected, some rows were skipped. Re-upload the file through the AI Analyzer to identify which rows were skipped and why.

The overview shows old data

If the Overview is showing data from a previous period rather than your most recent upload, the new period may not have been correctly identified as the latest. Check:
  1. Does the subtitle on the Overview page show the correct date?
  2. Does the upload history show the new upload as Processed?
  3. Is the Monthly/Annual toggle set to the correct period type?
If all of these look correct and the Overview still shows old data, try a hard refresh (Cmd+Shift+R on Mac) to clear the browser cache.

Pulse Intelligence shows outdated findings

Pulse Intelligence does not update automatically when new data is uploaded. Click Re-run Pulse in the top right of the Pulse Intelligence page to generate a new analysis based on the latest data.
