StatusMeaning
✅ ProcessedThe upload completed successfully. Data is in the platform.
⏳ ProcessingThe upload is still being processed. Wait a moment and refresh.
❌ FailedThe upload encountered an error. Click the row for details.

What to do if an upload failed

Click the failed upload row to see the error details. Common errors and resolutions are documented in Upload Errors. After fixing the issue, re-upload the corrected file through the standard upload wizard. The previous failed upload will remain in history with a Failed status — this is expected.

Re-uploading data for the same period

If you need to correct data for a period you’ve already uploaded, upload the corrected file normally. In the Review stage, Senzo will detect the overlap and ask how to handle it:
  • Update — overwrite existing records with the new file’s values
  • Skip — keep existing records, skip any rows that would overwrite them
  • Cancel — abort the upload
Choose Update when uploading a corrected version of previously uploaded data.

Upload history retention

Upload history is retained indefinitely. You can always see when data was uploaded, who uploaded it, and what periods it covered.
