# What is Senzo

Senzo is a health workforce intelligence platform built specifically for hospitals and health systems.

Most health systems generate enormous amounts of workforce data — from scheduling systems, payroll exports, and HRIS platforms. The challenge isn't data. It's that no single system was designed to turn that data into operational intelligence. Leaders are left assembling reports that are outdated by the time they land.
